the person was awarded the Degree. The
wording next to each Diploma shown below was
actually inserted into the letter.

Teaching
Miss Stanton deserves a degree in teaching World
History to the 2004 11th grade class at Mount
Raymond High. Miss Stanton made the class
really interesting and fun to learn. Being
in her class this year has helped all of us
learn more and study better in our other classes.
Although she is the strictest teacher in the
school she makes learning fun and is truly
interested in our well being.

Janice Johnson is a wonderful Real Estate
Sales Person. She did an absolutely
fabulous job of selling our house. She
showed us how to dress up the house and yard
to make it sell fast. She
was able to negotiate a price greater than
we were asking and she got a lease back
while our new house is being built.
She is definitely a "Certified Smart Gal"
and deserves a degree in Preserving Our
Equity.

Customer Service
David Gilmore saved our bacon. One of our
customers was having great difficulty installing
our software and was considering another
supplier. David was able to assess the
situation and determine it was actually a system
error on their end. David not only solved
their problem he turned the customer into one of
our best accounts. David is now a member
of the CSG's on our sales and service team.
